I remember some of my friends got such verification calls and their application was approved. A friend said caller asked about his position in company and disconnected.
However I am not sure about your rejection and then approval scenario. But as a verification call you probably passed it right.

my application was rejected earlier but somedays back mailed to the zonal officer and today my card is visible to sbi card app but no mail,sms is received also unable to find my card details. please help me to find my card number if possible.

Check in sbicard app and website’s get new card section… if it is showing in progress then don’t worry most probably you will get a call from sbi and then your card will be approved

Existing simply click holder, I got my cashback card with 10k limit. If I reallocate my limit between two cards, will sbi allow me to reallocate again after few months ?

Means your application is rejected
1% cashback on all offline spends
1% cashback on online spends = utility bills, govt. services, insurance payments
no cashback on wallet load, rent payments, petrol pumps and payments of simpl , etc. (you may get for few wallets if mcc code is different)
no cashback on spends below 100.
5% cashback on all other online spends calculated as 1% + 4%. for eg. txn of 798 on amazon shopping
1% of 798 = 7.98 rounded down to 7
4% of 798 = 31.92 rounded down to 31
so total cashback = 7+31= 38.
