After transacting 1 online transaction using virtual card, i am unable to transact another transaction and logged out of the sbicard app. Anyone faced similar situation?
Since yesterday many sbi cashback card users are getting blocked on doing any transaction saying suspicious transactions. That's their way to avoid 10+5 discount on Amazon.
Mine got blocked on just trying for 1k transaction on non-amazon site. Call customer care, they will take request and ask to wait till 5th October.
Rejected my app due to existing user. Waste of time, and cibil check. Do not apply if you are existing user mostly you will be rejected..
Is there any use of this card after it being not eligible for instant discount during the sales & the SBI email?

Asking to schedule an appointment even for a new user who didn't have any past SBI card. Any chances of it getting processed automatically or appointment is must now?
My wife’s card and my card ( my wife has sbi simply click and salary account and I have SBI Ola money and also salary account is with sbi), after physical verification and 11 days processing message , both are rejected due to internal policy

I applied on 1st Sept 2022. KYC done through Digilocker. Person came for Picture and getting the forms signed on 6th Sept 2022. I hold a Simply Click Card. If they did not want to give the Cashback card to Simply Click holders, they should have mentioned that Simply Click Card Holders are not eligible and saved everybody's time.
After more than a month, it is still under processing. It is neither approved, nor rejected.
Amazon SBI 10% offer is ending today. So Wait for new offer.

23rd - Physical Aadhar verification
24th - First verification call
25th - 11 working days message
26th - Second verification call (11 working days message again)
27th - Card approved message (7 working days)
I logged into the SBI card app using my old login and can see the last 4 digits of the new card with a 58k limit. Just wish that I could have used the card already on Amazon.
