How do I avail the offer?
- On your PhonePe app, click on “PhonePe Switch” icon and select Swiggy under Food on PhonePe
- Choose your city and select the location
- Select the food from an available menu
- Select/ Add the delivery address
- Pick the payment option to place the order
- Note: in case you hold a wallet balance, it will be automatically used for paying. Please uncheck the checkbox to not use the wallet amount
- Click on pay to complete the transaction.
When do I get the cashback / benefit?
- Cashback will be credited as PhonePe gift voucher balance within 24 hours of successful completion of the transaction.
What happens if I am eligible for more than one offer?
- If you are eligible for more than one offer, the offer giving you the maximum Cashback is automatically picked up for you
What happens in case of refund/cancellation of my transaction?
- In case of any cancellations, the cashback given on the transaction will continue to remain as gift voucher balance and non-withdrawable to your bank account. This can continue to be used on PhonePe (recharges, bill payments, etc.)
- Refunded amount less of cashback will be credited back to the source of funds used while making payment

Did u pay from phonepe wallet?
Phonepe cashback should show up on the payment page (green strip showing cashback amount at the bottom of the payment page). If it is not showing then generally cashback does not get credited. Means cashback offer not enabled by phonepe.
Those who have ordered and didn’t receive cashback should raise a complaint from Phonepe’s Help section….. just a suggestion.
But how swiggy gave offer without validating

Received the CB, will just list the points below-
1. Valid for old users also
2. Discount is by Swiggy, minimum order value without other charges like delivery, etc. should be 129 for BIRTHDAY code discount. Basically this is your usual Swiggy coupons, if you have better coupons in your account, go for it.
3. Cashback is by PhonePe, minimum transaction value for this is 129 i.e. have to pay atleast 129 to avail 50 CB. CB is instant, rare cases it may take a while.
4. For CB, entire payment has to be made using PhonePe wallet. Even combination with other payment mode won’t work. If wallet balance is low, can add the amount in wallet first, then make the payment.
5. Point 4 may seem contradictory to TnC note that “Uncheck PhonePe wallet if do not want to use” but that is a generic note present in all TnCs for users which means wallet is checked by default and if do not want to use the balance, uncheck the same.
