How do I avail the offer?
- On your PhonePe app, click on “PhonePe Switch” icon and select Swiggy under Food on PhonePe
- Choose your city and select the location
- Select the food from an available menu
- Select/ Add the delivery address
- Pick the payment option to place the order
- Note: in case you hold a wallet balance, it will be automatically used for paying. Please uncheck the checkbox to not use the wallet amount
- Click on pay to complete the transaction.
When do I get the cashback / benefit?
- Cashback will be credited as PhonePe gift voucher balance within 24 hours of successful completion of the transaction.
What happens if I am eligible for more than one offer?
- If you are eligible for more than one offer, the offer giving you the maximum Cashback is automatically picked up for you
What happens in case of refund/cancellation of my transaction?
- In case of any cancellations, the cashback given on the transaction will continue to remain as gift voucher balance and non-withdrawable to your bank account. This can continue to be used on PhonePe (recharges, bill payments, etc.)

I tried on PhonePe with cart value of 130 after BIRTHDAY discount but didn’t find any green strip mentioning cashback of 50 in PhonePe switch payment page…….can anyone figure out the offer?

I have ordered from swiggy app and phonepe as payment option and paid via upi but didn’t receive any cashback.
Asked Customer care they told need to load wallet first then pay via wallet then I ll be eligible. So take this step and update here. And tag me too

Was not istant So created a ticket but said not eligible but got cashback after sometime of ticket creation.

Applied coupon. Paid via wallet also.havent received cashback as of now. Did we have to order min 129 after the discount? My order was total 129 worth of food after which the coupon got applied. Really frustrated to see these small details as terms and conditions
