It has switched to neu plus card automatically from infinity card, now it's showing rupay and visa cards to select from. Which one should I choose? And is it worth applying as it's offering only 7% and not 10% neucoins back.
What's the process of applying? What documents do they ask considering no relationship with hdfc bank.
I got the ltf message yesterday today it's showing in app too never checked credit score with them either.
Since it's getting changed to plus variant for most doesn't look any good.
Got done video KYC today and got an SMS with a link to track my application. I checked and found that my application is REJECTED. are they just collecting data? Bakwas!
I had a credit score of 817 still it got rejected
The SMS I received (try out link, it will open in Neu App):

Unfortunately, I already got the card on paid basis. And Tata Neu employee is not helping to convert the same to LTF.
I'm Getting only 1% CB on Bigbasket with the Infinity even though purchases are made thru Tata Neu.
Anyone facing similar issues??
It showed for me as LTF and applied for the same. Had to do VKYC and card was dispatched. Received the card today. Not sure it is LTF really or not as HDFC may change the rule. I have sent an email to hdfc to confirm the same else will surrender the cars if it is not LTF.

894 Experian score still not getting LTF, only FYF. Not applying until they offer LTF. Any luck talking to their agents ?

How to view virtual card details? my card is approved and tata neu app shows only last 4 digits.
Wait a few days their server have issues due to which it may take a few days time after which u will see Card details link/option in credit card section on Tata neu app (happened with me also) btw u have one chance just after card approval in Welcome screen u get option to view virtual card details, don't worry if u missed it wait it will get updated soon
