also there was only philips box packing no seller packing from outside and shipping label was taped by shopclues tape . items was fulfilled by seller himself so really delay in delivery ,

What Installation is there in TV, its not a rocket science. You can do it yourself if you have working brain.
sorry bro i have no experience with drilling machine for wall mounting . neither i have drilling machine too and i dont want to use hammer with nail on my wall to destroy it for saving few bucks , as our known mechanic can do it for 300rs . brain needed in loots or other things , in wall mounting experience is needed for no extra damage to walls and proper fitting of screws . So i thought to do it by philips itself so called them , and i already complained this to tata cliq and they assured me for the same .

no its not bcoz of tata cliq or low invoice value , Philips team told me that if i buy online from any shopping site i will have to pay those charges while for offline purchase its completely free . even in some reviews on amazon i saw philips asked many people for charges .
