If you are planning to order something and found both Flipkart and Amazon have same price / offer also same delivery date. Which one would you prefer ?
Just curious to know.
As an Amazon fan boy my answer is obvious 
below are some key factors…..
Cashbacks: Amazon
Discount: Flipkart
Interactive UI: Flipkart
Delivery Speed: amazon
Packaging, handling: Flipkart
Customer care: amazon
Diversity of available : amazon
features(subscribe &save, ) : amazon

Its a simple question. Don’t complicate the response. Do not apply all the other parameters, principles, time factor, sale factor, gv factor, blah blah blah….
The OP has made it clear… Everything else remains same. All factors accounted for and everything is on par….Its a Yes or No kinda question and he is not expecting a May Be, What if or a How about and But then…kinda responses..

Amazon. One’s problem can be solved by bypassing a newbie or an idiot cc and meeting a sane one in the next round.
Flipkart is a lost cause.
Last-minus-1 time I had a wierd encounter with an amazon chat CC.
I said Hello, she replied “how may I assist you today?”
I replied with my issue.
2 mins over no reply, I replied “Hello”
5 mins over no reply, I replied “??”
10 mins over no reply, I replied “???”
After 20 mins I got a reply “Does your problem is resolved” 
Sadly there was no exit button to get out in middle lol

And for refund they are best… our money is safe with them incase of issues…

Amazon since I get free shipping by being a Prime member, discounts on subscribe and save, coupons, Amazon Pay promotions etc. The Prime membership also gives me Amazon Music and Prime Video which is so useful for me and my family. I rarely had problems with their deliveries to date.
I use Flipkart only to buy electronics since they have better offers and deals compared to Amazon. However, there is always a shipping cost for any other items to buy except for ordering Rs 500 worth of Flipkart Assured items which are too few to be found. Also, their Flipkart Plus membership is useless and doesn’t give any real benefits other than free shipping on very selective products. Plus to get that membership you have to spend Rs 15,000 annually on purchases from Flipkart to earn the 300 coins. That’s neither attractive nor affordable.
