Hi Guys, we just checked with Freecharge there is an issue at their end hence codes are getting applied but balance is showing 0.

Issue should be rectified tomorrow and the balance will reflect.

I request all the users who have been affected by this to raise a ticket with @ZingoySupport, so we can follow up with freecharge and make sure that they don’t miss out on any user.

Update:
@ 9:30am – Freecharge is looking at the issue currently on high priority- they will resolve the issue latest by 12:00pm today.

@ 10:25am – Freecharge has rectified the issue and the balance will start reflecting by 10:45am.
Once your balance is reflecting do let us know.:-}
In case in a rare scenario there is a miss and it is not rectified for some user/s – definitely let us know…

@ 11 am : Only rectified for some users, most users are not seeing the balance -chasing freecharge for this

@ 11:15 : The have fixed the issue – since the number of users are a little higher than they expected – it will take around 2.5 hours. (Lets assume by 1:45 am, all should be fine)

@ 11:45am – Update is the crediting to accounts is happening slower than normal but should happen by evening. However, if someone has not applied the code till now- they can try, they will get the balance instantly.

I will keep edit this post regularly relating the latest updates.

Guys, still waiting for an update from Freecharge. . They are experiencing some slowness.
The have assured by EOD it will get resolved. (still chasing as they are not giving an exact time)

I would request you to raise a ticket with @ZingoySupport and while raising a ticket please share the mobile number/s you have loaded. If you have loaded a number multiple times please mention it. They can thus load the numbers from the backend and enable a faster…
