Guys, I have been told by 10 – they are manually adding balance in all accounts…

Let’s wait till 10 now..

Edit – in a normal scenario we would do a refund to users. However, freecharge is unable to ascertain how many users are affected and how many are not…
So parallelly, we are trying to understand from Freecharge which codes are applied and users got 0 balance. So that we can give new codes or refund the amount.

M having one more freecahrge coupon should I add it or wait for some time

Update – most users have started getting the credit now… Users who have added only 1 code have got the issue resolved.

Users who have added multiple codes have received partial credit… Following up with fc for getting this resolved as quickly as possible..
