Amazon Prime movie subtitles run faster than video for local language movies.

For example, if someone recites a to z, when the person on the video is at c, the subtitle is at k.
Subtitles are not syncing with the conversation on screen; the subtitles are 4-5 seconds ahead.
I like watching movies in other local languages with subtitles in English, but because of this lip-to-subtitle lag, I can't really follow the conversation correctly.
Has anyone else noticed the same issue for Amazon Prime videos?

I don't see that issue! Even if I'm watching with subtitles, it might be best to reset, uninstall, or log out of all Amazon devices and try again.

That is sad and especially irksome when one actually paid separately for the subscription.
If reported to them, did they raise any internal ticket or complaint to check if the issue can be recreated?
