Any way to convert Google Play balance to account?

Someone used my Amazon prime account and purchased Google Play GC worth around 1350/-.
Is there a way to get it back other than Amazon cc as I am trying it anyways.

They said this is recharge and recharges can’t be refunded
Just noticed, those vouchers are also redeemed 
Now that seems like intentional purchase and not by mistake.
Amazon’s fraud team is too arrogant in the way they interact. Did not help me with anything other than saying someone who is using my Amazon act did it 
Google customer support is a bit better. But they are asking for what email ids I suspect, this is definitely not easy to get as suspect will definitely not give away his mail id through which he redeemed.
Google support should definitely be able to track which account redeemed those codes. But I doubt if they will disclose it to you.
Is your account 2 factor verification enabled
Yeah, I know who all(only 2 other other than immediate family) are using my account.
I am 99.999% sure who might have done this. But no use without any proof.

My colleague use mine and redeemed 1k voucher and did not even tell me for 25-30 days that she has added to my account.
I used up and when she later asked about the pay balance, I had to pay up.
Now, they even ask for 5% CB on using icici card (faaltu ka sir dird)😪

Someone bought Google play GV on my behalf.
So I wanted to know if I redeem the GV, is there a way to get my money back.
@jileg complain to Amazon customer care immediately. you should get the refund immediately.
