I am planning to install an automated electric (including backup power) sliding gate opener.
There are various products listed on amazon without warranty or reviews. And they don't come cheap either.
Do I blind but or find local vendors?
Suggest please.

hope you found something good by now.. suggest you to also visit multiple local shutter makers/ engineering work shops/ iron work shops just to see what they all are offering. i didn't know before they also had so many varieties to offer until but recently when i visited for shutter works.
