Avoid ITC estore ( Worst Service)

Ordered from itcstore on 5th Feb delivery date is of 7th feb
10 days passed , still item not delivered & the delivery guy have marked the item delivered by showing item out for delivery at 3 am & delivered at 3:30 am complained everywhere on fb , phone & email no proper communication yet
Received the call from them two days back told them to refund the money they are not doing that also
Item value is Rs 1000 thinking about filling an complain in consumer forum
This is clear case of cheating marking the item delivered without even delivering it & now not receiving any proper reply
What should i do next any suggestion

I ordered Ghee from their site.The delivery guy called me today and asked to share my location .He also said that due to time constraint I will mark your order as delivered.I told him to first deliver the order.But he marked it as delivered, when called again he assured me it would get delivered.Now after seeing your post, I’m concerned that whether my order would get delivered.

+1 in my case no courier is showing a invalid international tracking number is showing.

The Ghee got delivered finally.Did hourly follow up with the delivery guy.
After four hours it got delivered.
My location is Chennai.
On the bill the delivery partner was mentioned as shadowfax.
Tracking number was correct or not?
Received 1 Out Of 2 Ghee. The Same Tracking Number Was Mentioned On Invoice, Courier was from shadowfox. But staff was very unprofessional. He was mistakenly giving any other one’s consignment to me just by looking package size and first name. His address was more than 20 km far from me.

is the delivery proper for mumbai location
It has been more than 2 weeks they haven’t delivered the missing items. They keep calling every 5 days to ask if we got the missing item but still haven’t received them.
try to mail [email protected] may it help you.
Still not received the items these guys are fraud neither refunding the money nor delivering the item , guys if possible leave negative feedback on their Facebook page
What should I do guys still not received the item nor they are giving refund ? Should I file an complain in consumer forum how much compensation should I expect
Tried contacting them on email as well as on toll free number no reply from any side
If anyone have email of higher authorities please let me know

placed 2 order…delivered on time in delhi….they use shadowfax to deliver but shipment awb is not trackable on shadowfax website.

I think it is not ITC but a fake site...I ordered two fabelle chocolates and they offer two free gifts of ITC (some biscuit and Rawa Halwa for Rs.1 each)...they delivered ONLY the two free gifts and got me to sign receipt on that (which showed only the two free gift items)...thereafter, they said the chocolates are delivered..after repeated calls and emails, they said they will refund as they arent getting any response from the product team...but no refund has come yet...this must be a fraud site
This Threads Birthday is coming. Still the BRAND has issues .
Its customer service is very poor .
Even there payment mode is Payzaap which is also problematic ,they removed paytm from payment mode last month .
Overall the site experience and cc is not good.
BRANDS having such Poor Service is not Digestable .
I was also about to order due to pin code unavailability I left it and ordered via Amazon Fresh and a few from JioMart.
Don't buy from ITC store.I have order on 15 th August but it is not delivered till date7.9.22.Evenafter 6 calls and mails,they reply that it is not show in their data.No call centre attend phone calls once it replied that it's under process and reply from our team awaited.

ITC Store services/experience varies from location to location. I have ordered many times, all the times they delivered on-time (Hyderabad – 500050).
