Hi, I have applied for this card. They have given vkyc link and upon trying just asked for pan and said it is complete. But today got a call asking for physical biometric again. My current residence location is in outskirts of the city and they are asking to visit the branch which is around 10km. I already have 2 CCs in axis. Can anyone help on how to proceed ? I can try to visit but am just asking if there is a way to avoid that due to existing relationship. Thanks

You cannot avoid either executive have to come or you have to visit the branch. Though keep in mind that you will have option to update your details with physical kyc even work address
