The LTF banner is also showing now in the Axis app...I applied & they instantly approved the card & I can see the first 4 & the last 4 digits of the card...But Axis sent me SMS saying, joining fee 500, annual fee 500...What the F*** is this??
They gave me 20 Lacs credit limit... But now I will have to again face the worst nightmare (dealing with Axis customer care) to know if the card is LTF or chargeable...How the hell they are showing the LTF banners in both the app & on their website & after the customer applying, they are sending message that it's chargeable??

P.S. Mujhe aabhi se pata chal raha hain ke mujhe phir se Ombudsman mein jana padega because I applied by clicking on their LTF banner link in their own official app & they sent me SMS that, it's chargeable...

@Tanmayyy It is likely agent did change something on his part so not even sure if he applied for same ltf myzone card or something else. Better check with customer care to at least confirm the applied for card variant & its fee.
@Tanmayyy This is what is shown in my axis app after entering customer ID & profession/income details.
Does this mean it will be considered as a fresh application with/without re-kyc with chances of rejection or will it be really pre-approved with nothing to do from my side but risk of chargeable card as not applying directly from axis site as fresh application? Since my last axis rejection was in 1st week of may this year & friends already have flipkart card so not really eager to apply anyway unless getting for sure ltf card.
For anyone having issues with Axis, directly contact the PNO office...Don't even bother to waste your time talking to phone, email, twitter & chat support people...I wasted my time doing that today but will contact the PNO office now...

I already contacted Ombudsman just 2-3 days ago for my issues with AU Bank as After making a hard CIBIL inquiry, AU bank gave me a Credit limit of 4.3L, but instead of giving the card, they are now saying my application is declined, lol...Now it looks like, I will have to raise another case with RBI, if Axis PNO says it's a chargeable card...

This is actually pretty common to get different applications numbers from online & on the physical form...When I was trying to get a Yes Bank card, everytime after applying online, when the reps used to come to take my docs from my home, the physical form used to have different application number...
This is same with Kotak & many other banks also who come to home to collect docs physically with a fresh blank application form which will naturally have a different form/application number written on them...Banks who are doing everything online via VKYC, in that case, the application number stays the same...But for banks who still collects physical docs will give you a new application number after you fill-up the blank application form...
After collecting the physical docs & getting the new application number, the online application number does not stay valid for most of the cases & you need to track the application number which was given to you by the person who collected your docs physically...
In these banks, the online application is not totally online...They just generate a request online that you are interested in a card & then they forward your request to the local credit card department of the bank so that someone can visit you personally for the docs...

Guys which card is better between MyZone, Flipkart Axis & Ace?? And if the Flipkart or Ace card is better, then is it possible that Axis will change the card variant from MyZone to Flipkart card or Ace if requested ?? I know SBI allows this to change the card variant...I myself changed SimplySave to SimplyClick as most of my purchases are online & SimplySave is better suited for offline usage...
Except Swiggy offers, is MyZone worth paying the 590 joining & the 590 annual charges considering I already have several other Credit cards??

Applied 10th Sep, received no correspondence whatsoever but got approved today, 13 Sep without any calls or verification.
Entered 10L salary. Have only 10k min balance in Axis SB and a couple of credit cards around 90k-1L limit.
Gonna close Axis SB now.
Tapping on these options doesn't work, I tried the website too.
I tried reaching cc, They are of no use sadly :/
