Myzone CC LTF offer was available for a month or two only. Now it's a paid CC.

Why my application is rejected. I have not taken any kind of loan.But being a guarantor is not my fault. The people who were working in the financial company are responsible for not able to seize the asset for they have given loans. And above all after the tenure of the loan they woke up. Please see to the issue. They've spoiled my credit score. Please once again I request you to please look over this issue.
