BoB SD CC - Bill payment Issue

I'm having trouble paying bill for this stupid cc.
Tried several payment modes including Snapay, Mobikwik, Paytm wallet, Direct BoB app. The payment succeeds but gets reversed in 2-3 days. Today I paid via BoB app itself and it deducted amount from my savings account via gpay upi but didn't stop the payment timer on BoB app and txn failed finally.
Don't understand what's going on here. My bill payment date is nearing in 5 days.
Just to highlight that I was able to pay bill of my another BoB Rupay card but this one is having issues.
Did someone else face same and how do I reach their customer care?

New card ? wait for 1st time bill generate and then pay through BOB official app.
After 2-3 months bill payment working on from all 3rd party apps.
Now it's fixed bro.... I had the same issue with my bob cc, contacted CS for reason and they said that there is a problem from our end and will be fixed soon... Then I tried paying from the bob card app (not the bob world) and after 2 days the amount got credited
Use HDFC Billpay
I'm also having problems with mobikwik and Cred
HDFC Billpay has no problems
I paid Bob bill through mobikwik on 20th dec bill showing pending how to contact mobikwik
