That's actually bad faith from airtel, on one hand they allow talktime recharge and on the other they don't allow to use it. Completely dis-ingenious. Their customer care is the worst ever. They have removed all support options from their app and added the crappy AI bot, which doesn't understand sh*t

I have 179.32 main balance and i don't have an active recharge plan. Do i just need to make balance more than 199 and it'll automatically work or do i need to follow some other process?

Update - Today Airtel debited 179 from the main balance and recharged my number with the 179 plan active till Nov 28. I believe it's because of the emails i sent to Daca and airtelTrai. @LIMBO Thank you bro for helping me out with the process. +Kg
