I have been facing the same issue since yesterday. Whenever i am trying to make the payment,transaction is getting declined.I have tried 3 different credit cards for which international transaction is already enabled but still my payment is not going through.Someone please help.I really need to file my application on urgent basis.

While the issues surrounding a failed payment by credit card is sorted out,  what happens to the application that was completed and submitted?  Would that be saved in the sustem/account for use to make the necessary payment once problems are fixed?
