According to desidime a deal will expire within one month, what happened now 
I don’t think colleges are going to open anytime soon. I am sure about IITs at least, as my next semester is going online too. Maybe some local colleges might reopen but that’s it.

Chinese court on Monday sentenced a former lawyer who reported on the early stage of the coronavirus outbreak to four years in prison on charges of “picking fights and provoking trouble,” one of her lawyers said
Lawyer Zhang Keke confirmed the sentence but said it was “inconvenient” to provide details — usually an indication that the court has issued a partial gag order. He said the court did not ask Zhang whether she would appeal, nor did she indicate whether she would.
Zhang, 37, traveled to Wuhan in February and posted on various social media platforms about the outbreak that is believed to have emerged in the central Chinese city late last year.

6 UK returnees test positive for new mutant virus strain: Health ministry
“A total of six samples of six UK returnee persons have been found to be positive with the new UK variant genome. 3 in NIMHANS, Bengaluru, 2 in CCMB, Hyderabad and 1 in NIV, Pune,” said union ministry of health and family welfare in a statement.
All these persons have been kept in single-room isolation in designated health care facilities by respective state governments. Their close contacts have also been quarantined.

Covishield Vaccine FACTSHEET
COVISHIELD™ Vaccine has been approved for restricted use in emergency situation in individuals of 18 years of age and older.
You should not get the COVISHIELD™ Vaccine if you:
• had a severe allergic reaction after a previous dose of this vaccine.
• had a severe allergic reaction to any ingredient of this vaccine.
The COVISHIELD™ Vaccine includes the following ingredients:
L-Histidine, L-Histidine hydrochloride monohydrate, Magnesium chloride hexahydrate, Polysorbate 80, Ethanol, Sucrose, Sodium chloride, Disodium edetate dihydrate (EDTA), Water for injection.
The COVISHIELD™ Vaccine will be given to you as an intramuscular (IM) injection only, preferably in the deltoid muscle.
If you receive one dose of the COVISHIELD™ vaccine, then the second dose should be administered between 4 to 6 weeks after the first dose.

Negative RT-PCR test report mandatory to enter Bengaluru from April 1
In light of the second wave of COVID-19 cases, Karnataka Health Minister Dr K Sudhakar on Thursday said that from April 1, all passengers travelling to Karnataka capital Bengaluru from any other state in India will need to undergo RT-PCR tests and show a negative report before they can enter the city. The rule will be applicable to those, including permanent residents of the city, who arrive in the city from any place outside Karnataka.

Karnataka caps CT scan, X-ray prices
The state government has decided to cap the price of CT scan and digital X-ray in private hospitals and labs at Rs 1,500 and Rs 250 respectively, said Health and Medical Education Minister Dr K Sudhakar.
