While registering, Ewire RuPay app asking for team, select “NONE” otherwise you get “unauthorised user” error

I loaded 750rs *3 wallets on February-march via UPI.
I have complained 100times+
One guy name Sahil khan attends the call and say wait sir 2weeks etc.
Now I totally forgot the transaction details also.
Anyway to recover my money
I recently faced an issue in ewire where transaction was successful but money is not loaded in wallet. I have raised multiple tickets in ewire hut they didn’t provide me any solution. The raised a dispute in razorpay and refund is now initaiated by them. If anyone facing similar issue can raise a dispute with razorpay so they will resolve your issues within 5-6 days.

I have added 5k to my Ewire wallet on Saturday and till today I am unable to use their Virtual Card to use this 5k that I have added. Now, my 5k is stuck and they’re not responding to my email and their phone support is useless.
Can anyone help?
