I was transacting today and suddenly noticed that transactions were failing with error beneficiary or remitter is frozen/blocked, headed over to Fi app to realise they had blocked/frozen my account without any prior notice, no help from their team, their Twitter timeline is full of similar complaints, somebody suggest me how to get my money back or way out of this mess, 70k+ stuck
this is common with Fi, just check with @ Fi_care Twitter and you will find similar complaints, reply back with all answers and keep Federal Bank team in loop

That's a copy paste template from Federal, liveliness is done during onboarding not during full KYC, lodge a complaint via Fednet complaints portal or to support at federalbank.co.in
Federal Bank will try their best to dodge by saying/replying to contact EPIFI team, do not back down keep mailing and ask them to escalate.
Now It is time to close of Fi F* Account & we should file mass-complaint to RBI so that no fintech company can steal several important documents in name of account freezes in future. Fi has come up with new type of account freeze called "Bank-Enforced Credit-Freeze" for second time now after recovering with serveral complaint mails. They freezed every account credit/deposit transaction . I was not even using this f* account for months now after first freeze. Asking privacy concerning documents that no bank asks lol like :
*Salary payslip
*Income Tax Returns
Proof of Investments or Crypto Trading (if applicable)
Screenshots of the Exchange Account displaying account details
* Screenshots of your transaction history
* Trade Report extracts
* Bank statements showing money (INR) received in exchange for the cryptocurrency sale
Other Source of Wealth documents (if applicable)
* Business Tax returns
* Pension releases
* Income from the sale of real estate or other property, etc.

is FI or Jupiter means federal, because these cards are not showing discount during recent amazon federal bank offer time so my doubt.

Then go to Federal Bank nearest branch with your account details and see what they have to say. Demand to know reason for blocking, if your KYC is not complete, offer to complete it.

After 30 days if the bank does not address your concern (does not give any reason and still blocks your funds), you have a right to approach RBI ombudsman and even demand a compensation if they UNFAIRLY blocked it. You can get it unblocked and funds transferred to another bank immediately.
