Me added 10799 rs gv in my flipkart account from TMW app and some others sources and they blocked my account.
I contacted them but ony got waiting time …
what can i do now?

It’s not the amount but it might be the way the vouchers were acquired. Maybe the voucher OP acquired from “some other” sources might have been flagged already.

they also blocked my account after cancelling order and not giving refund saying i have 2 accounts,flipkart will become worst now somany people recieved soaps instead of iphone and rocks instead of camera if people ask refund,try to rerurn etc also they block account no returns allowed on mobiles if you get damaged product then also u have to use it,avoid flipkart,i am now using paytm dont know how it works

i dont know whether it will work. but you may try
give email with your KYC details . attach the scanned copy with self attested. also mention that the phones ordered is for family members.
ask them to unblock or refund the amount of gift vouchers.
also you may note that the e gift vouchers was given to you as a gifdt by your college mates as a reward for achieving some thing. also claim that you had 50 more members in your class and friends send you these gvs:-P

This thing happened with me once, I simply changed the email address associated with that account, and things worked fine after that. See if it helps.
