Trick to get 100Rs Cb on 1000Rs CC Bill payment
1. Link rupay credit card to tataneu app. Make sure handle is "@tapicici"
2. Go to Sbi unipay portal and pay 1000 CC bill using QR code method.
3. Scan QR code from tataneu app and pay using rupay credit card
4. You will get 100 neucoins from tataneu and UPI Champ badge of TataNeu League

I paid cc bill from sbi unipay and amount got debited from rupay cc but transaction failed somehow. When I came back to unipay page after making payment from tata neu app, I got some error and then at the end got one support id after the timer ended.
Please suggest how I should proceed?

call your bank (idfc i guess), tell them the date and transaction amount and get the transaction id from there. It should start from 4 and will contain only digits. then write a mail to : [email protected] from your mail id along with the transaction id and tell them to refund the amount as the transaction was not successful. wait for 2-3 days. that's what i did. hope you get your money back.
