Gold coin missing from AJIO package

I bought 2gms gold coin from AJIO last week, it was delivered today when i opened package to my surprise coin is not present inside secured box.
Box was sealed, invoice is present and outer package is in good condition but coin is missing.
Seller : Malabar gold.
I have bought multiple coins in past but never faced issue, unfortunately i haven't recorded while opening package.
I admit my mistake for not recording unpacking video, anything can be done in this case?

Grievance officer email is useless, there is no response back. I had issue with Ajio free bag coupon code which was not received in one account and they say 48 hour but takes a week for any response. Then some half asleep customer care rep calls and even without understanding the issue closes the ticket. Again you sent mail and they create new ticket.
What worked for me is raising grievance with consumerhelpline[dot]gov[dot]in Ajio rep called me after that and understood the problem and gave resolution.
Yes the code to refuse is the code to accept. In all my Ecom secure deliveries for gold bar they ask for this OTP and then only it gets marked as delivered and we receive sms of delivered. So marking it as delivered without this OTP should not be possible.
PS - I might be wrong.
I had ordered around 10 gold coins in last couple of months and all of them were delivered by Bluedart. No issues faced.
Today I received completely different brand product from Ajio , I have ordered Pepe Jean and received some local gautam buddh nagar made jean. Have raised return request which they put on hold under verification.
Any one who faced similar issue please share there verification time and process.
Will never buy again from ajio , this is my last order even if they offer free goods.

Delivery boy was contractor as per e-comm office, they have threatened him to handover to police and he returned same coin.
