I saw a post in which @xuseronline reported a site so he might assist  

Last week I was searching for AC and a LG ac which is priced at around 30k in all other e-commerce websites, was showing for only 20k on Goodluck sales, also it was a top search link (must be promoted). The price seemed too good to be true. Searched about reviews and google filled with complaints. Then I thought the same, why not order from them, and file chargeback if not received. But decided against it, so as to spare myself from hassle. Ordered from Tata cliq as only they are delivering in my area.

Made a dispute with icici today.
Process : call them, tell them u need charge back, tell amount /date.

They first block your card and then raise a dispute, within 4 days they will put temporary fund of same amount, after investigation it is permanent.

They will send new card free of cost to your address updated with them.

I hope this resolves in our favor.

No more high value shopping from unknown sites. Lessons learnt

We may try reporting this to Domain Registrar, Hosting Provider and the Payment Gateway company. But not sure if they will take any actions in this case as the site is old, they can say that it is individual case which can happen with anybody ( Flipkart / Amazon ).

this site isnt old. i think launched on april 17th or so. my bad i didnt check the registrar first.
even payumoney has the habit of holding money from merchants when its suspicious. really wondering if this has happened for this site, because when i raised issue with the chatbot, it said amount settled to merchant. im not sure though.

reported to godaddy. looks like biggest scam ever, because i can see purchase details floating. not sure if they are genuine.

Hey Buddy! Check PM

File chargeback ASAP with ICICI bank because money went from that account.

Call CC and tell the I want to dispute the transaction because it was a scam.

What are the chances of getting money back in chargeback???
As it was customers done transaction knowingly
The team will investigate and as the payment has been settled to merchant
I think the final decison to reverse and send money or refund is always in hands of merchant
If he denies nothing could be done i think soo

Been doing it since the past 14 years. Total amount charged back would be 6-7 lakhs till date. It’s as per the TnC of card and the eligibility of the transaction.

This specific dispute would come under the scope of “ordered merchandise not delivered/ received”. I just hope the OP conveyed this part to the card dispute team correctly.

For the sake of record, fill up a transaction dispute form aka Card member dispute form, fill it up, scan and send it to them over email and also speed post it to the address given on form.

Payment was paid by Axis credit card
The amount has been credited to wrong wallet of fastag due to a single digit mistake in car num

Yes, i did that. Mentioned they have not sent the product, nor delivered, and not responding after repeated emails.
