Hello Guys,
Got tested Covid 19 positive today. I went to home Town from Pune considering Pune is again becoming hotspot. But my very bad luck I got infactted at my home town it seems. I got tested in Pune and tested positive.
Nothing can be done as it’s happening to people who are taking care of most and people are unaffected who are care less.
My aim of this post is to get experience person suggestions. Do’s and don’t.
I live with my 2 year old daughter and wife. All are positive.
Anyone has taken Fabiflu ?

Covid Medical kit Required at home:
1. Paracetamol
2. Betadine for mouthwash and gargle
3. Vitamin C and D3
5. B complex
6. Vapour+ capsules for steam
7. Oximeter
8. Oxygen cylinder (for emergency only)
9. arogya Setu app
10.Breathing Exercises
Covid Three stages:
1. Covid only in nose – recovery time is half a day. (Steam inhaling), vitamin C. Usually no fever. Asymptomatic.
2. Covid in throat – sore throat, recovery time 1 day (hot water gargle, warm water to drink, if temp then paracetamol. Vitamin C, Bcomplex. If severe than antibiotic.
3. Covid in lungs- coughing and breathlessness 4 to 5 days. (Vitamin C, B complex, hot water gargle, oximeter, paracetamol, cylinder if severe, lot of liquid required, deep breathing exercise.
Stage when to approach hospital:
Monitor the oxygen level. If it goes near 43 (normal 98-100) then you need oxygen cylinder. If available at home, then no hospital else admit.

people with allergies/frequent cold n cough problem can take vaccine ?
Yes, as long as allergies are not to drugs/vaccines.
Don’t worry I’ve been heavily affected took 17 days to recover, mostly 3-4 days are Hard to pass, breathing problem and immense fever,after then it’s basic fever.
My brother also got infected. He is feeling severe body pain .and fever is also not going.
This is happening from past 3 to 4 days..
Any suggestions
Have a positive mind , be fearless and cautious , give confidence & support to your lovely family , enjoy your rest period, have a healthy diet.

My mother o2 level got down to 82 but she doesn’t feel any problem on breathing
When the entire family is sick, the worst part is who is going to take care of whom? Who is going to do the cooking, washing, cleaning, chores, etc? And in infectious scenarios, it is difficult to get help from others. Hope you have support from other family members, relatives and or friends.

I recently got my Covid IGG test done (Thyrocare) and result showed positive >20. Got to know that I am immune for next few months.
Anyone has any idea about IGG Levels? or how good is 20.
