Growing of Vegetable, cereals or pulses in nearby an effort to reduce scarcity

It is seen that from many days that prices of vegetables, pulses, cereals and other food products has increased many folds due to some or other reason in many areas including mumbai, one of reason of such issue is delay in taking delivery of goods in APMC markets (don’t know whether for safety or purposely) and delay in delivery to retailers (once goods with retailer is exhausted only then new truck is sent nearly it takes 6 days to send second lorry ), It is also seen that some of people in concerned area has developed new market from where you can buy (prices over there are many fold more than normal price so there may be cut) and local hawkers are not allowed to seat and concerned authorities are taking action and snatching there goods and use it for themselves. Now What should we do? , APMC Navi Mumbai is closed for 7 days from Today.

Since Rainy seasons is coming, I request you to sow some things near by you which is being clean, so that if taken seriously, we will see results more possibly in nearby.

Second Option is since many hawkers are returning to their home and here supplier with local strong people make affordable things very costly, option is to buy in bulk from APMC through telephonic order by many society coming together and then distributing.

I know above things look silly but please note that we may see some worse situations after openning of lock down and may face once again lockdown so i request to have combine efforts since retail food will see difficulty in near time.
