I lost money kindly help the procedure to get back my money please… I never faced such problems in online purchase… I just raised complaint

from where so many people got to know about this website in the first place

I am 100% sure this is fake website. I have seen backend code for this website and found that for payment through Net banking and card, they have intentionally redirecting customer to Payment Failed page. All field validation such as Pin Code verification or name validation, nothing is present. This is FAKE website.

Lol, no one is ready to leave their comfort zone while the matter is more serious. Instead of circling around social media and UPi dispute raising it’s more important to get up that lazy arse of yours from the couch and go to an actual police station or your nearest cyber crime police station and lodge an FIR there. If you have lawyer friend then things shall be much more easier.

Plz don’t even think to buy any furniture from this website it’s a fake one I have very horrible experience I have paid money and status is showing pending and i have no clue with whom to contact about my money so that they can return to me. If not furniture at least I want my money back

I have been robbed by these people. The site is so elaborate I didnot doubt much and made the payment.
Only after making the payment I tried calling them on the number mentioned and it came switched off.
That moment it stuck me that it is a scam and I lost my 20k. Shit.

Lets gather all of us and make a joint complaint. This will have a better impact.
I am sure many people are still getting fooled.

bro, we are not some brigade here, genuine people have lost their hard earned money – I found this thread by searching “modwayfurniture.in” scam on google.

I lost 5000 rupees on modway furniture,there is something weird I discovered, I don’t know why they ask for zip code for showing their contact info, so i tried adding different zip codes everytime and it shows different addresses for different zip codes, even when I enter a random 6 digit number and they won’t show an address until a zip code is entered and before entering I scrolled down just to see wht address i see and right after the gst number there is no address, try it urself.

I just purchase something for 5 k ..it appeared in Google results..waht to do now

People supporting this website looks fake to me..why anyone would send fake story..I have also created my account today just to complaint doesn’t mean I am fake..whoever has lost their money know the pain

One who want to refund pls make complaints both on cybercell, consumer site and in nearest police after taking print out. Thats only the way to get money back…

I ordered from their website https://modwayfurnitu...n/ and got a confirmatory mail. Even after 2 weeks they didn’t send any furniture. The whatsapp number is off. Its surely a scam.

This is definitely a fake website…. 1. Customer care number is always switched off…
2. Only UPI payment.. if u want to pay through credit debit card or net banking u have to pay extra 22% ( highly suspicious) even u will try to pay through credit or net banking it will say link failed.. means only optn left is UPI
3. MAHA discount sale is going on in thr website which shows a timer of 24hrs means the sale is available fr d cst only fr a day but i chcked the website frm last 5 days .. everyday the timer starts again ….
4. It dont take any order below 3000/- whereas thr r many items in thr website which price r below 3k … So, better be careful and those who got scammed plzz co ordinate among and file the complain in cyber crime department so tat u can get ur money back and website and be removed so tat no more cst get cheated….
