HDFC can start issuing new credit cards!!

I got this email from HDFC for one of credit card that I applied --

Part 1- Dear Applicant,

Thank you for your interest in the HDFC Bank International Credit Card.
We are unable to process the application further, in the absence of the requisite income documents.

We request you to submit the appropriate documents as mentioned below at your earliest convenience to the appended address.

HDFC Bank Cards Division, P.O.Box 8654, Thiruvanmiyur P.O., Chennai 600 041.

Alternatively, you could drop the completed form in the drop box at your nearest branch addressed to The Manager HDFC Bank Card Division.

For Salaried – Public Limited/Multinational/Private Limited/Proprietor Firm/ Partnership Firm

Form 16

Duly Certified Salary Slip with Visiting card/Employee ID

For Salaried – Government / Public Sector
Latest Payslip with Visiting card/Employee ID OR
For Card holders of Standard chartered, Citibank, HSBC, ICICI, ABN, American Express, Deutsche Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank or Axis Bank

My Application reference number is 12 digits but tracking link is asking for 16 digit number. Can anyone confirm what is the number of digits in Application reference number and also please provide the tracking link.

Sounds sensible – Pre-Approved Card.

My application reference number was changed and then DECLINE. Few days back I complained on twitter. They shared I link and ask to submit a query.
Today morning I got a response that they have generated a service request and will get back by tomorrow.
And now when I checked the cc application status, it is back to INPROCESS from DECLINE.
I had applied on 21th and yet they are just playing around.
Note: This is their Senior Management credit card email address (use this for complaint & escalation): [email protected]

I had applied but I got my application is rejected, I don’t know on what criteria they are giving I had HDFC bank account and I had 729 score

I need a suggestion regarding Hdfc credit card. I have money back Hdfc with 30k limit and even after 18 months they’re not increasing limit without salary slip which I don’t have. Is it wise to close this credit card and apply on card to card basis (apay 2.8lakh limit). Or should I just wait?
Will there be any problem if I close Hdfc credit card and apply again?

I just got 25K limit on money-back card, even though I have classic account for past 6 months and maintaining required MAB. Also I have an existing APay Card with 1.5L+ limit.
Any idea how to increase credit limit on hdfc before next month BBD sale? I am salaried so I can also provide salary slip if required for limit enchantment.

i got moneyback hdfc credit card and activated online transactions.. please help me withn the following
if i register “autopay register” under credit cards in netbanking, dth recharge of 50, will automatically 50 recharged everymonth? and card will become LTF?
also is ther any charges for this autopay?
If i add 5000 to paytm wallet with this credit card , is it possible to transfer from wallet to bank freely or any charges for both?

@admin don’t know if this is a bug but if I quote the last post on a page in a topic so that it is going to be the first post on next page & it also contains a full image link(like above) then that post simply disappears though topic now shows a new page but clicking on that page number loads the previous page. Only way to correct it is by posting a reply without quoting any post on last page & then the new last page loads correctly with the problematic post along with this new reply post.

HDFC sent an email reason for rejecting application and requested for additional information to be sent over courier to process application.

@sudbht694 finally stuck application processed after email from rm, now status showing Your application is APPROVE, till when i can expect card now

Care approved … Card dispatched….Card delivered…..Card activated

Now how to make LTF … Someone help me with easy way out for this ?

Declined. Seems like only original link show correct application number.

Funny thing, this thread has 530+ comments where all HDFC cards offered as LTF, whereas the thread just for Axis-Flipkart LTF has more 1300+ comments

I had applied for moneyback CC on 22 August online but yesterday got the following mail:-

How they are saying signature doesn’t matches, when I applied online?

I received it after writing to grievance redressal

it took around a week for them to reply, but the funny part is they replied via a noreply inbox the above message, which I cannot reply back to neither i can submit the form online, so will have to courier to them

I never consulted any bazaar website, always applied directly, saved myself from the enquiry onslaught

I got rejection mail. They demanded salary slip. I have salary slip. I need to send only salary slip or any form with it. Where I can mention credit card reference number ? Send via speed post or courier ?@rohit_agarwal @guest_999

Finally after 15+ days and Many follow ups my application is showing approved. But i have not received any mail or SMS @RowdyAK47 @pranavcool @Futgjitfhig

Application status shown as Your application is DESPATCH what does it mean, CC not dispatched already more than a week so DESPATCH is not same as dispatch

I am using HDFC Card for the last 8 years. Now, I applied for another HDFC Credit Card(Millennia). Surprised with their reply. Never missed a single payment in last 8 years.

Which rentpay app I can use to pay 50000 and make millenia lifetime free ? is it safe ?

They will again start sending Fake Pre-approved card offers to everyone & then they will again decline to give the customers the promised cards & then the customers will again complain to RBI & RBI will again ban them from issuing cards…
