HDFC CC Voucher Redemption Error

Hi, received HDFC CC spend based Voucher for the month of October 2023 but it's showing error at the time of redemption anyone else facing similar issue ??
I have successfully bought Amazon shopping vouchers but when I enter PIN to claim them it shows some error its been few days now so thought I should ask someone.

yeah I checked that ... claimed Rs1000 successfully now only 1 voucher worth Rs 100 left to claim
