How to apply IndusInd credit card on card to card basis

Actually in my area new indlind branch is opened and the are giving only secured credit cards that’s why asking here,

I talked to an Indusind CC agent few months ago. He told 6+ months CC with 75k limit is enough for C2C.
I enquired about pinnacle, he asked about any existing relationship with the bank, I said no.
He suggested me to get a basic card, use it for 6 odd months and then request for an upgrade to pinnacle.
I said okay, and never got back to him

Holding indus aura edge card. Have done only 2 transactions with it and the data got leaked somehow from Paytm or razorpay. Now got the replacement card but haven’t used it yet.

I applied for IndusInd CC via C2C basis on 16th Sept (actual application received on that date and SMS too). I get emails from them saying "We are working on your concern and will update you with the status shortly." Should I escalate it to higher person?
