How to get back Double payment for icici credit card

Send a mail to customer care asking to refund the additional payment with transaction details and bank account details from which the extra payment was made

Just mail them or talk to customer care they will do jt

Call Customer Care and tell them to refund the excess paid amount back to your account. They will initiate the process

If asked for supporting details of payment deduction in bank account (In case Payment done from different bank account, provide the proof)

They will verify and refund the excess in 2-3 working days to same account

Also it will be reflected as negative amount in your statement which eventually will get settled against your future spends in case you don't claim

This has happened to me once but the fault was mine. I had used HDFC Billpay to pay the ICICI CC bill which took nearly 3 days to settle by when the auto-debit had kicked in.

If you are currently short on money and rich on time then do what  @DesiDIMEDealer said in the first part of his post. Otherwise, do what he said in the second part of his post about future spends being settled against the negative balance.
