I’m considering buying a laptop from olx which has just DOS.
I may have to purchase win 10 home/pro for personal use.
Where can I get it cheapest and at what price?

Thinking of buying authentic for a change. I have Windows 7 genuine but want to use 10 now.
Btw why it’s with dos.
It’s a thinkpad e14 (20RAS0SE00) that ships with DOS from factory. I’m still in talks with the seller regarding price, nothing is finalized yet. Even if the olx deal doesn’t work out, I plan to buy the same model new, either from Amazon or offline.
At Amazon, this is listed at 37490. Any workaround to get it cheaper?

Ebay UK is a good option to get genuine key which is scrapped from old devices/enterprise scraps. got my windows 10 pro and office 2016 for 300 and 500 ..

Cheap MS keys are nothing new, pretty safe to use and are legit issued by MS but the way they are generated is not legit and Gray hat but never heard anyone got into trouble using them. IMO cheap keys are better option as they cost just few hundred Rupees and you will not end up with downloading a iso full of backdoors or malware, plus you will be supported with official updates.
You buy keys not iso, a noob will still end up downloading a modified iso. If you know where & how to download you can download 100% genuine official iso of any win 10 version & then use 100% genuine kms solution(this also requires to know where to get it from, in two words, MDL forums). 
Get/Buy Dreamspark/Imagine keys from college students/teachers (Safest way to get official keys)
You can also get the same from eBay/reddit but you could get stolen keys too

PS: I windows keys i saved during my college days via dreamspark are still working fine 
Why not considering linux?
Not very user friendly. Tried switching several times in past but gave up eventually after regular problems regarding device drivers not compatible, devices not recognized or working.
I’m anyway not a developer or work in any computer company so no need unless it’s a do or die situation.
