IRCTC Refund Issue

I tried to book a tatkal ticket. Amount was deducted, but the ticket was not booked.
On the same day evening i got a message of IRCTC saying 'your refund is sent to the bank'. Its been 3 days i havent received a Refund.
Called the bank's customer care twice, they said i will receive the refund within 7days.
1. What shall i do in this case?
2. Where should i complain for a faster dispute resolution?

Whatever you do, u can't make a refund to credit early. Just wait, sat and Sun, which u waited doesn't count. Don't take tension, they will get credited by this week.
I, in my personal experience, never seen such honesty with refund process with any of Govt or Pvt. institution...other than IRCTC ever.
You will get your refund within 14 business days. They are very very pro in this.

Lately U Will Get Refund Initiated Email From Irctc With Bank Refund Reference Number.
If U Paid Via Upi , Money Will Be In The Bank Right Now...
Other Payment Methods Take Time.
Check the status of the refund under Failed Txn History.
If it is mentioned as Refund amount credited, u sud have received in 1 or 2 days.
If it shows still refund under processing, then it will take time and hit ur account once it is processed from IRCTC.
