Probably right step from the bank if they want to survive.

I believe bookmyshow in covid time had most customers mainly due to this idfc bms offer

by mistake, i bought bms gift card this month without checking. no cashback received so far, usually it gets credited in 3-4 days. cry time to close idfc account. no use of it anymore esp with 25k min balance!!! rage

You can always request for it. Tell them honestly that you didn’t know genuinely. High chance that they may honour it. And then afterwards, take decision to close or continue.
