But eBay says it is upto the seller to see that she/he is not selling fake.
They don’t say Bilkul Pakka (like Flipkart) and thus If you claim it is fake, they may give you refund considering description says it is genuine

Most of these watches are imported from China/Thailand etc where good workmanship is available to clone such items just like original. But they won’t even be waterproof in many cases.

Also while I was in Bangkok once, I came across a watch seller who said they can customize a fake watch for me and Brand name can be put up as per requirement and liking! Rado toh har gali mein bikti hai.
