JIOMART not delivering all items ordered and paid

Don’t buy anything from Jiomart, a bullshit company, a fraud company
I understand many ppl having concerns with partial deliveries and delayed refunds.
In my case first order worth 2K paid via hdfc (for 10% cb), all items were delivered and on time with proper tracking details on delivery date.
Location : Visakhapatnam
Loot has only started. When Modi in pocket, Ambani rocks.
In my case the refund for partial delivery came in my hdfc card as imps payment and not as refund so i believe ill get full cashback even though my order amount after refund is less than 1k
Incomplete orders are delivered and no refund is provided at all.
There is no customer support for this.
I have made 3 orders till now.. this time they have frauded approximately 270 Rs of items.
This is high time some action to be taken on jiomart or boycott this scam site.
I placed order on 25- May ,order Value Rs.5000 but it still not delivered, they are changing expected delivery date everyday.i called Thier customer service to cancel the order and they said I can cancel order only on door step.
I had placed one order on the 5th of May. They have not delivered yet. Every time they are saying to wait for 48 hours more. I have complained more than 10-12 times but no result. Now they are saying you may cancel it but not going to cancel it anyway.
I ordered from JioMart on 27th December 2021. The app said it will be delivered by 4th Jan 2022, and it hasn’t reached me yet. Today’s is 2nd feb 2022. I have waited for over 1 month for my ordered items and called & Emailed the Jiomart team many times. Not receiving any solution and my money is wasted.😠

I too am a victim of Jiomart's cheating policy. I placed a pre-paid order and the delivery date was shown as 01 Jan 23 (After 3 days of placing order). on 31 Dec 22 they changed the delivery date to 02 Jan 23. They have set the bot to change the delivery date to fool the hapless customers. Their help-less line asks to wait for 48 hrs to get a resolution. On repeated approaches, they just keep saying "wait for 48 hrs". NOT ADVISIBLE TO USE THIS CHEATING APP.
My name is Kanchan Jha . From Jiomart I ordered some items I ordered 20 items and they just gave me 14 items! I payed the bill the bill was 1776 ₹ and now they are saying that we don't have any idea or any details . This is unfair I need my items and I have also done the payment.

They are the worst and quite bewildered to find such an organization comes from reliance stables. Ordered on 06th September and got delivery on 07th September. But they gave items with less MRP than what they have charged me. Moreover they did not send a item which I had ordered. Now for refund. They are the worst. I have not received the refund till now. Why do they require 7 to 8 days for refund against a prepaid order.
