I don’t expect anyone from senior BJP leadership or in government coming to her defense. In fact the conspiracy theorist in me thinks that the government even encouraged or is happy with the ban because she referenced to early 2000’s (aka. 2002 Godhra era) ka Modi, an event BJP doesn’t want to reference to anytime.
