Lucid dreams are dreams in which the dreamer is aware that they are dreaming.

I have read that a person in a lucid dream can do whatever he wants, and it's very similar to doing those things irl. I have read a lot about it and received some e-mails from a guy who helps people get into lucid dreams too. But I haven't been able to have a lucid dream yet.

Did you ever have one? If yes, please share your experience.

Yes concept is pretty complex.  But you are wrong on the part you could do whatever you want.Lucid dreaming is just being aware you are dreaming ,so just go with the flow.

There are movies like Inception, Lucia (kannada) , Enakkul oruvan (Tamil) based on the concept.

And yes I have experienced lucid dreaming. And also experienced Sleep paralysis which is extremely scary stuff

I've experienced the lucid dream 4 years ago. I was totally aware about my surroundings and even told my brother ( in dream ) that we are dreaming but no one believed me. I tried hard to scream but unfortunately couldn't able to do so. I did many cool stuffs but when i tried to watch the clock, it was blank and suddenly woke up ( 2nd jump in dream while dreaming ), I asked myself ' Was i dreaming this whole time '? Because when i woke up in my dream ( dream into dream scenario ), I found myself into the examination hall. It was scary as i didn't had any idea about the exam. Then i asked myself again ' is this a dream again '? I cried and even explained this to the examiner but no luck. Then all of a sudden, I found myself into my village home. Again i thought ' wtf is going on '!

I checked my phone and found that I was dreaming into an another dream. That examination hall moment was scary 😨 it still horrified me !

I concluded some noticeable things -

1- you cannot scream in dream ( try yourself )

2 - you cannot feel the breath or wind in dream

3 - Clock ticks damn faster (day becomes night instantly)

4 - You cannot measure anything.

5 - Reading becomes difficult in dream ( except maths )

6 - You can't able to see phone screen

Last but not least- You'll find yourself with some sexual stuffs your dream before ejection on to the bed 😑😑

Kindly suggest psychological horror thriller movies which are based on the concept of dream. ( Hindi, English  dubbed only)

I always loved the concept of dreams in horror movies. They make things crazy and twist the perception of reality.

1 type hai sapne ka, jisme aapko pata hota hai ki aap sapna dekh rhe ho, aur aap usko control krr skte ho.
Kuch log bolte hai aap isme jo chahe vo krr skte ho, koi superpowers laa skte ho khud k andar, ya kisi prr gussa krna hai toh bhi krr skte ho
Samajh lo 1 aisa sapna jo bohot realistic lagta hai aur isme aap bhagwan ho

I think not
People often define sleep paralysis to be a fearful experience, while lucid dreaming is more of a pleasure for many.
