Marks and Spencer are scammers

During last week of oct, they were spamming our inboxes with a lot of discounts and cashback offers.
So my family went to check out their store.
The products that were on discount are old and really ugly ones (that i don’t think should cost more than 200).

Anyways dad bought a blazer from a new stock n found out that those ‘pay with cards and get instant discounts’ are gimmicks. Then the cashier was insisting we still pay with a card n there is a 10% discount on that bank card. We paid and was told the cashback will be credited within 15 days. Blazer was 5k, so cashback is 500.
Today is one month n never got the cashback. F**k u marks n spencers! These shit britishers are liars n thieves to the very core of their dna!
