my initial order has 6 products but even if i return 1 out of 6, instead of 10% of 662 (66) they are deducting full bank discount.
Simply scamming people
Only option that I get 662.40 back is to exchange for a new style and that too I can select only one new product 
My order value is 5030 - 10% off 503 and I paid 4527
Now if I return all products then as per customer care I'll get 4527-503 = 4014
Simply they are scamming 503 rupees here
Check refund amount from customer care, some issue with app. Atleast in my case, app was showing 1100 refund after adjusting complete bank discount while customer care confirmed me 1400 and I got 1400 after 3 days of return.
What is your total order amount? Is returning this item brining the total order to less than 5000?
Order value is around 5k and the specific return item is 663

It has been like this since always and there is nothing wrong in it. If they don't do it then everybody will order above 5k, take the bank discount and then return product to get discount on order below discount threshold.
