Apart from these 2 , there is no other FD card that is good
I am searching the hunt too:) didnt find anything worthy than these 2

I have a Kotak 811 (earlier Kotak Aqua) for a decade now. No fees. And there is refund for charges of IRCTC.
I also read somewhere that they have made the process completely digital via the 811 app (not sure about this).
