You can use cred.
If you don't have any personalised offers in paytm, Amazon.
Then pay through one card app and use SBI debit card for paying as they will give you 2.5 rs. per Thousand.
You can't pay One card bill through HDFC bill pay, else it would have been the best option in this case.
