Yes he said pan card cannot be scanned and all and i have to visit the branch which i selected.

In aug 2021 i applied for online acc. But didn’t continue with vkyc. At that time i was alloted one local branch for acc openings. Shall i open again now online. Wil i be given the same branch?

Dnt choose Debit card option while opening.

For an existing BoB account, Debit card request section is showing “Rupay PMJDY”, this is not Rupay Platinum right?
No, it isn’t. Are you checking app?
In BOB world click on the cards tab in the bottom, you’ll find virtual debit Card in that menu
The account variant is “Savings Advantage SB101”.. can we open this variant at branch? I recently got BoB Credit Card so the online application is saying “Existing Customer” error @abhishek012
Yes, you can open any BOB account in branch and apply for RuPay Platinum debit card.
Hi, have recently opened BoB account and the managed debit card section in BoB world shows 2 debit cards, one with 6522 and other with 6523. Can someone help confirm if they are rupay platinum ? Also will they be delivered to permanent address ? And there are any charges for virtual debit card ? Thanks

I opened the account today, -VKYC done, received Activation key – activated virtual rupay platinum Now tell me, how much initial funding I have to do? I am from Patna 800001 And which Variant to select for physical card ? 
FYI as of June 2022, Virtual RuPay Platinum Debit card is free of course but Physical RuPay Platinum Debit Card charges are now ₹295. They have turned greedy. Too high charges vs other banks.

by the way in the last 4 weeks I surrendered near expiry debit cards at CUB Karnataka Bank , Syndicate ( got Canara), South Indian Bank and got Rupay platinum from them & all worked in Amazon Pay yesterday 😀 this is apart from old 4 physical cards( lvb,federal,central,bob+ Fincare virtual. Added 500 (paid 400) each via 9 cards yesterday . Looking to buya cheap 32" smart tv soon .🌝

I have VC generated and active BIN 652211
Now when I click “debit card request” option, I get 3 options 1. Visa classic 2. Baroda BPCL debit card 3. Baroda BPCL debit card
Choosing either 2 or 3 shows BIN 652331
Both charges shown 250+gst each for issuance and annual.
Am I doing this correctly? What I understand is that if I request physical card from virtual card page, I get the same card number as virtual, right? So this is not the option to choose…
Apply for BOB BPCL RuPay Platinum debit card (2 or 3 option).
Your physical card and virtual card both will work simultaneously.
@abhishek012 I meant if I use “request physical card” from virtual card detail page, I get the exact physical image copy of the vc with same card number… isn’t it? So, I have to avoid clicking/requesting this and “request debit card” BPCL one, right?

I activated netbanking and logged in today. Found I can order 2 types of RuPlat DC (only BPCL available in app).
1. RuPay Platinum DI Debit Card – Blue one
2. Baroda BPCL Debit Card – Black one
Both are RuPlat and contactless, all features same but BPCL is cobranded logo, NCMC feature and peanut fuel rewards…
Wondering which one to apply for and most importantly, Issuance and Annual FEES… same or different for both?
