PhonePay to FK gv automatically???

Something weird happened today, all of a sudden I got a SMS that you have received a FK gv worth 500₹. I was happy and very curious at the same time.
Then I see that my phone pe wallet has been debiited with the same amount.
All the money in PhonePe was gained using cash backs only.
I am surprised at the way they have decided to burn my phone pe and give a Flipkart gv.
Has any experienced the same or help understand why/how this happened?
I have already raised a case asking who ordered this?

I added the gv to my FK wallet immediately.
How phone pay is hacked, it is ordered from my FK account to which phone pe is linked.
I have changed my fk password as well.
same thing happened to me but the GV was issues to a disposable email Funny thing is he left some amount in the wallet and was only able to take 25 as this is the minimum amount for GV
This is very serious, so these accounts are hacked?
Similar thing happened to me… someone hacked my Flipkart as well phone pe account and ordered Flipkart gv of 400 rs…was lucky had balance of 465 rs only in phone pe…in my mail I got details of order but they were delivered on different email address ( [email protected])
Complaint raised to Flipkart as well phone pe but it’s really very serious and dangerous situation… changed password of both accounts and infact thinking of deregister from phone pe account… already deleted card details from phone pe.
Need dimers valuable suggestions what can be done in such situations.pls guide thanks.
oh god remove all upi details from phone pe its not safe.
So it is the Flipkart account that is hacked and not PhonePe in my case?
How are phonepe accounts getting hacked ?
Don’t know brother was surprised to see this y’day… raised complain to Flipkart…they called today and said they are investigating and by Monday they will refund amount..but have deleted card details from phone pe permanently.
Phonepe may have been hacked, check if you can use the gv.
