Received Pinncale instead of iconia amex indusind credit card

Hello guys,
I had applied for indusind iconia amex ltf credit card through BankBazaar. but surprisingly i received pinnacle indusind credit card.
As per google and dd thread review pinnacle has 50k annual charges, but as per indusind customer care i received as a ltf only.
Now due to bad reputation of indusind bank i can’t believe its really ltf or will charge me 50k yearly.
The weklcome kit only mention about approved limit i.e. 1 lakh but no any information for annual charges (ltf or 50k)
Kindly suggest me what i should do

I am holding pinnacle card since long. They even offered me indulge card, when I denied guy on call was shocked as it was invite only card at that time but reward rate was lawer than pinnacle on online spends + they asked 1lakh joining fees

Nether credit card department nor Saving account department has information about Zero Balance Indusind Exclusive Account with Pinnacle Credit card.
I am holding a Pinnacle Credit card and recently applied for Indusind Exclusive Account. Customer care executive informed me to visit branch to link credit card to bank account to make saving account as Zero balance but bank manager doesn’t have any idea about this and he simply took one application and told me that he will forward the application to head office and convey the response to me within 7 days.
Bankbazaar didn’t have any offers for me till date even when using ICICI Apay (had Coral cc & closed it after getting this) & Simply Click cards since more than 2 years & a CIBIL of 800. IndusInd platinum ltf card is showing in my acc now. I don’t use this card unless there is card offer in some sales…. Should I apply & try my luck

Actually I am looking for Citi, Amex, HSBC & StanC cards. But none of them are servicing to my city. @AnnamalaiNryaa bro once wrote in his CC thread that these banks issue cards if this is their 3rd or 4th card. For this reason, I am not applying for any cards, even though Kotak essentia card is tempting. What’s your opinion dimers?
Yes kotak essentia is awesome.
If they are charfing 13000 but if we can use gv fully as an amazon gv then pinacle is still recomended from my side.
Does somebody know whether one can upgrade to Pinnacle card from other indusind credit card without any joining fee??

Dont worry ! It will go through. If not, open a regular savings account & then upgrade to Exclusive with Pinnacle card as a cross product for minimum balance waiver. Take a printout of the page of the above link and show it to branch representative.

Actually thats the reason i agreed to upgrade to pinnacle so that i can get this debit card and avail bb offers as my orders from BB specially vegetables have been increasing due to covid.till now have been relying on mobikwik amex for (15 + 3)% but thats still insufficient.

I got an SMS few days ago from paisabazaar that I have pre-approved card offer. Today, I clicked the link and filled form but left it mid way. Their agent called and gathered information and sent a link to upload my aadhaar card for KYC.

When i call cc to redeem my reward points they asked me to upgrade to pinnacle with fee of 15k+gst ( 15k amz/fk gvs they will send me again) . But my both iconia visa and amex going to de activate ..
U should ask for free upgrade and they should redeen the point on existing varient.
Recently got indusind credit card.its basic card and platinum variant. They told me there’s no annual or joining fee but I can see they have charged 1000 towards membership. Whats this membership fee?
