Please do let me know your thoughts on reward structure of HDFC Diners Club Privilege Credit Card.

How much reward points will get if bill payment done though smartbuy?

Reward Structure - HDFC Diners Club Privilege Credit Card Note : The Smartbuy reward points will be posted within 90 working days (roughly 4 Months) from the last date of the transaction month.

For smart buy purchases you get 5x points. That means your base rate 4 points + 16 points (4*4) = 20 points for every ₹150 spent on smartbuy portal.

The value of those points Depends on how you use your points.

If I misunderstood that you meant to ask, please clarify again.

PS: Bill payments can be done through Payzapp or via Amazon gift vouchers from smartbuy for maximum benefit

Here I have not considered the redemption of Rewards points for booking flight tickets / hotels, or AirMiles.
Do we get 5X Reward points for Utility Bill Payments on payzapp?

I have to admit i lack clarity on these benefits for payzapp. Maybe someone who uses it regularly can chime in.

Generally, using GV to pay your bills definitely gets rewards but can't directly use Amazon pay to pay rent.

Besides this there are card specific limits on rewards on rent payment by HDFC Bank (for ex. 2000 reward points for DCB and Infinia). Better to check on that as well. For other utility payments, no such bar as per my understanding.

But there is limition Maximum 10000 rupee gift card can purches per month

That's correct. 10K is limit per card for Amazon. You could get your family separate cards if your spends can justify the cost.

Apart from this 10K, you can buy your vouchers directly from Amazon (@3.3% + 3-5% from scratch card coupons that Amazon gives you for shopping/paying there).

You can use other platforms for shopping like Flipkart, Myntra, etc. as well.

Basically, 10K may not be enough for everyone, but it's a high (upto 14%) return that someone can reliably hope to achieve regularly via smartbuy imho, better than nothing.
