Sapphiro Lounge access doubt (Amex+MC variant)

By default, I was given Amex+MC. Total 4 visits per quarter (2 on Amex+2 on MC)!! Please correct me if I'm wrong. What are its benefits over Visa variant? I heard that at Kolkata domestic terminal, two lounges are present one for normal card holders and another for premium card holders. Will Amex variant be considered as a premium variant and used for accessing premium lounge? If I've another card like coral with shared limit, spending on that card is considered for Sapphiro as well?
