Sbi unipay refund not yet credited payment date 21st March (tried to pay cc to cc )

I guess u will get it in new financial year itself.. Even iam waiting for my 23rd March transaction via debit card..

Also mailed them, still no response 

I had a small amount txn which failed using hdfc cc upi, waited a week and raised online chargeback and they said refund waiting to be credited to card account and next day it showed up in statement... had mentioned merchant name and upi txn id.

I got refund in 4 working days. So don't worry friends, we will get!

I am also waiting for my refund of ₹5000 to my hdfc milennia dc .. tried to pay hdfc  card bill using milennia dc for spend based offers.. But 5k struck with them.. transaction details also not showing in history..

Mine also stuck since 21st March.

How to raise complaint .. My refund of 11000 is pending from transaction done on 23rd March

I waited for a reasonable amount of time expecting the refund to be processed, but unfortunately, I have not received it yet. This has caused me inconvenience and frustration.

I did Rs. 1,000 worth credit card bill payment on 31-Mar-2024 and there's been no sign of refund yet. Even the transaction doesn't show up in 'Transaction History' section on SBI Unipay website after logging in via mobile number.

What to do? This is daylight robbery and it's not even a fake website 😣

Things are getting out of hand now. I still haven't received the refund of Rs. 1,000 done via HDFC Bank debit card.

I even wrote an email to [email protected] but there has been no response yet. Raised transaction dispute with HDFC Bank and they replied today with the response that merchant has claimed that amount.

In case I want to fight for it, I need to show transaction failed screenshot (which I didn't take) or email for failed transaction (which SBI Unipay didn't send). Above all, I don't even have the proof after logging into the portal since there's no trace of transaction in 'Transaction History' on SBI Unipay's website.

Those who are stuck in the same situation, please suggest what to do?
